Please note in order to receive the early bird registration rate each family must complete the Respect in Sport parent version course and be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting/Early Bird registration night held at the LMC, May 29, 2012 at 7 pm.
LMHA is participating in a pilot project verifying people's address. ALL families who's last name begin's with "S" is required to submit proof of address - a power bill, tax bill ect anything that states their names and their address (for rural residents this needs to include their legal land description)

All tax receipts have been e-mailed to the address you registered your child with. If you have not received your tax receipt please check your spam folder before contacting the registrar.
Respect In Sport
Respect in Sports is an online program designed to reinforce and encourage positive sports behaviors from parents. Hockey Alberta is making this a mandatory course for at least one parent per household with a player in minor hockey. This is a different version than the Coach Respect in Sport and is still required even if someone in your household has the coach version. To complete the course click HERE. Once you have completed the program notify LMHA registrar at lacombehockeyregistrar@gmail.com with your certification number. To receive the early bird registration rate each family must complete the Respect in Sport parent version course and be in attendance at the Annual General Meeting/Early Bird registration night held at the LMC, May 29, 2012 at 7 pm. In order for your child to be registered this fall, Hockey Alberta is requiring this course for ALL households.
