Registration Information

What division do I register in for the 2009/2010 season?

• Players born in 2003 & 2004: Initiation
• Players born in 2001 & 2002: Novice
• Players born in 1999 & 2000: Atom
• Players born in 1997 & 1998: Pee Wee
• Players born in 1995 & 1996: Bantam
• Players born in 1992, 1993 & 1994: Midget
• All female players born in 1992 - 2000: Female (There is just 1 choice on the form for players registering in our female program)
• LMH has offered a 4 Year Old Program this season (The LMHA Bears).   Anyone that is interested should email Troy Rider .

Player Registration Steps:

1. Fill in the Player Registration Form. Please refer to the chart above which outlines the proper division to register in. For example, if you have a player born in 1999, they are to select Atom on the registration form.
   NOTE: For people living within the Town of Lacombe, please type N/A in the rural legal address.
2. A registration ticket will be emailed to the address specified in the registration form upon completion of step 1. This ticket will include links to our Pledges File and Registration Information File. The pledges must be signed and sent in with the payment.
3. Regular rate:
   If the registration package is not postmarked by June 30, 2009, regular pricing is applicable. You are able to split the cost into 2 payments postdated September 1 and October 15, 2009. Please use the regular rate (after June 30 rate listed at the bottom of the page) when splitting up the payments.
4. New Residents:
   New residents of Lacombe are entitled to the earlybird pricing on registrations. If you do not get your package in by June 30, 2009 then please contact us.
5. When paying by cheque, PLEASE indicate the player's full name and division in the memo portion of the cheque. Thank you.
6. Put the signed forms from the pledges.pdf file and payment together in an envelope, then mail it to:

****Out of Town Players (Imports):****
Lacombe Minor Hockey has set import (non-resident) try-out fees for Bantam and Midget levels at $150 per player, non-refundable. If said player qualifies as an import (makes the team and chooses to play in Lacombe) then $100 will be put towards their registration fee. If the non-resident player's home association does not have a team, regular LMHA registration fees apply.

All non-residents players require a "Permission to Try-out" form (see below) signed by their resident association president at the time of registration. This applies for both early bird and normal registrations of non-resident players. A post dated cheque dated September 1, is required by all non-resident registrations and shall be collected at the time of registration (early bird fee rates apply to non-resident players if registered at the early bird registration night).

****2009/2010 Registration Fees****
Please note that there are 2 registration fee schedules for the upcoming 2009/2010 season. The first schedule lists fees for those families that will participate in the Sobey's Cards fundraiser, while the second schedule lists fees for those families that do not want to participate in the Sobey's Cards fundraiser. Please note that the cash lottery is not optional.
